Job Description
- Work experience, expertise & understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay function, including NDA Processing, Contract Management, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Executed Contract/Documents, Receipting, Invoices (PO/Non-PO), Vendor Management - Setup & Maintenance, Understanding of W8/W9 and other mandatory forms, 3-way match, Payment's activities, Helpdesk mgmt. & Rejection's process, Reporting and Analytics
- Manage the performance of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting processes & reporting
- Maintain strong relationship with the client both over e-mails and conference calls
- Work closely with Vendors / Requestors as required
- Analyze performance metrics and research all discrepancies/exceptions in the process to ensure adherence to SLA
- Attaining a level of subject matter expertise
- Design and/or prepare training/instructional materials, teaching aids and devices, ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies
- To work under minimum supervision and to comply with established procedures or as directed by Manager
- To consistently identify and implement new ways to improve the quality of work and improve the means of working on processes.
- Actively, offering ideas, insights and recommendations towards process improvements which will enable team to improve its overall efficiency
- To undertake such other additional duties as required and leadership qualities
