Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Record and help resolve daily tickets promptly and efficiently to maintain smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and help resolve L1 issues.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and perform quarterly test cycle.
  • Document all EDM related activities for future reference and auditing purposes.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on EDM related activities.
  • Master data management from DRM
  • New sites and Hierarchy changes
  • Quarterly patch cycle testing


Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Possess 2 years of experience in managing and administering EDM applications.
  • Exhibit problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Possess strong documentation skills for auditing and future reference purposes.
  • Good to have skills would include knowledge of secondary technologies related to Oracle Fusion.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
