Essential Functions- Lead the implementation and ongoing operations of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool
- Track and report various work streams delivering contract management services during and after implementation
- Lead change management initiatives in consultation with business/ stakeholders to improve new system/process adoption and closely monitor usage patterns
- Collaborate with product and engineering on new functionality requirement basis feedback and participate in prioritization calls to resolve day-to-day issues
- .Maintaining strong partnerships with Internal stakeholders like the Global Technology team, Info Security team, Finance Operations, Contracting team, Pricing team, Services Desks, etc.

- .Perform organizational contract development and management
- Create contract ID for all draft and signed contracts in system in accordance with set criteria
- Process contracts for execution/ signature in e-signature tools in accordance with set criteria
- Coordinate with stakeholders while executing contracts
- Ensure contracts are properly approved and executed as per approval/ execution process including review of all necessary approvals i.e., legal, pricing and tax along with review of any forms before sending draft for execution
- Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments
- Ensure contracts are properly entered into organizational database
- Maintain an up-to-date folder wise repository at appropriate places in Share Drive and cloud or at such other new Contract Management platform from time to time in accordance with set criteria
- Administration of contract databases/repositories using contract management software or tools
- Update metadata of draft and signed contracts
- Identify, categorize, abstract and capture key information in the specified format
- Maintain up to date data and reports on work performed by self share with Supervisor as and when requested also share additional/ supporting data once requested
- Coordinate with IT and end users on technical issues and make sure the issues are addressed resolved/fixed appropriately
- Help in preparing periodic reports for internal and external circulation
- Help in developing standards for Contract Management system, including manuals and user guides
- Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments
- Contribute to contract strategy meetings to identify issues and client requirements
- Develop standards for contracts
- Take ownership of project and run with them to completion
- Adhere to timelines and deliverables
- Build and maintain effective relationships across various levels in different departments
- Conduct regular trainings for end users on Contract Management system including training Account Managers on signature/ execution process
- Participate in various domain & skill-enhancing trainings and development sessions for overall professional development
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards
