Job Description

Job Summary:

The Trainer educates new hires on the process knowledge and system navigation required for Business Center roles, and transforms individuals into professionals through outcome-oriented training aligned to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

. Responsible for providing Revenue Cycle Management training according to the training plan defined for each process

. Becomes a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for all assigned accounts

. Co-ordinates and shares regular updates with training supervisors from the offshore team, as required . Designs courses to meet the training needs of the existing staff, regarding quality, client escalations & stakeholder feedback

. Organizes training venue and logistics

. Ensures smooth transition of new business by leading Knowledge Transfer phase for respective functions

. Reviews, monitors, and documents employee's performance and recommend measures to improve performance

. Support and manage On-the-Job Training for new hires

. Drives key performance metrics during OJT

. Maintains daily, weekly & monthly performance reports, as required

. Involved in developmental activities for existing staff

. Leads projects assigned

. Updates SOP's/trackers for all clients

. Works accounts/takes calls to stay abreast of process updates

Experience & Qualifications:

. 6-8 years of experience in US Healthcare industry

. Experience in Patient AR and Insurance AR is mandatory

. Strong Presentation skills

. Confident, proactive and committed to providing results

. Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, ability to work on

. Multi-projects independently and service minded attitude

. Should have working knowledge of MS-Office (MS-Word, MS-Excel & MS-PowerPoint)

. Should be willing to travel to different sites per business requirement

Education:

. Bachelor's Degree preferred
