Roles and Responsibilities:
- Frontend the SAP Success Factors team with strong HR domain expertise and functional knowledge on the processes including EC (Employee Central-Master data), LMS (Learning Management-Training), ECP (Payroll), Performance Management, Recruiting/Onboarding
- Oversee the HR processes and ensure their alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, using SAP Success Factors.
- Facilitate the learning and development initiatives of the organization through the Learning Management System.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their HR needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits of HR systems and processes to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- Train and guide HR staff and other employees on the use of HR systems.
- Resolve any issues or problems related to HR systems and processes.
- Ensure the effective utilization of the Employee Central module for employee data management.
- Implement and manage the Recruiting and Onboarding module to streamline the hiring process.
- Leverage strong communication skills to effectively convey HR policies and procedures to employees.
- Continuously update knowledge on latest HR technologies and best practices.
- Participate in user acceptance testing of HR systems and provide feedback for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Hold a master's degree or equivalent preferably in Human Resources.
- Possess at least 7 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on HR systems and technologies.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in SAP Success Factors, particularly in Employee Central, Learning Management System, and Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
- Have experience in conducting audits of HR systems and processes to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- Demonstrate experience in training and guiding HR staff and other employees on the use of HR systems.
- Show familiarity with HR projects and initiatives.
- Possess a certification in SAP Success Factors is a plus.
- Possess soft skills such as leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
- Show a high level of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a certification in HR Management or related field is a plus.
