Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Manager

Location: Bangalore, India

Employment Type: Full Time

Business Unit: Human resources

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Frontend the SAP Success Factors team with strong HR domain expertise and functional knowledge on the processes including EC (Employee Central-Master data), LMS (Learning Management-Training), ECP (Payroll), Performance Management, Recruiting/Onboarding
  • Oversee the HR processes and ensure their alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, using SAP Success Factors.
  • Facilitate the learning and development initiatives of the organization through the Learning Management System.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their HR needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR systems and processes to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Train and guide HR staff and other employees on the use of HR systems.
  • Resolve any issues or problems related to HR systems and processes.
  • Ensure the effective utilization of the Employee Central module for employee data management.
  • Implement and manage the Recruiting and Onboarding module to streamline the hiring process.
  • Leverage strong communication skills to effectively convey HR policies and procedures to employees.
  • Continuously update knowledge on latest HR technologies and best practices.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing of HR systems and provide feedback for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a master's degree or equivalent preferably in Human Resources.
  • Possess at least 7 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on HR systems and technologies.
  • Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in SAP Success Factors, particularly in Employee Central, Learning Management System, and Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
  • Have experience in conducting audits of HR systems and processes to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Demonstrate experience in training and guiding HR staff and other employees on the use of HR systems.
  • Show familiarity with HR projects and initiatives.
  • Possess a certification in SAP Success Factors is a plus.
  • Possess soft skills such as leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
  • Show a high level of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a certification in HR Management or related field is a plus.
