- Devise innovative and actionable solutions for complex business problems
- Own key aspects of analytical projects
- Be responsible for building client ready visualizations based on the analysis and direct communication with the client
- Create project plans, get buy-in from stakeholders and manage efforts against the plan
Competencies Required
- Proficient working knowledge of tools like Excel, SQL & powerBI is a must
- Knowledge and understanding of Python is good to have
- Hands on experience in data extraction using SQL or ETL tool and creating dashboards using BI is must
- Excellent communication & Presentation skills
- Proficient in data handling, understanding, analysis, interpretation and articulation of results
- Multi-tasking and prioritizing is of high importance
- Candidates with 4+ years should have exp in stakeholder management, business transformation, team management and client management.
