Job Summary
The Trainer educates new hires on the process knowledge and system navigation required for Business Center roles, and transforms individuals into professionals through outcome-oriented training aligned to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing Revenue Cycle Management training according to the training plan defined for each process
- Becomes a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for all assigned accounts
- Co-ordinates and shares regular updates with training supervisors from the offshore team, as required
- Designs courses to meet the training needs of the existing staff, regarding quality, client escalations & stakeholder feedback
- Organizes training venue and logistics
- Ensures smooth transition of new business by leading Knowledge Transfer phase for respective functions
- Reviews, monitors, and documents employee's performance and recommend measures to improve performance
- Support and manage On-the-Job Training for new hires
- Drives key performance metrics during OJT
- Maintains daily, weekly & monthly performance reports, as required
- Involved in developmental activities for existing staff
- Leads projects assigned
- Updates SOP's/trackers for all clients
- Works accounts/takes calls to stay abreast of process updates
Experience & Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in US Healthcare industry
- Experience in Patient AR and Insurance AR is mandatory
- Strong Presentation skills
- Confident, proactive and committed to providing results
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, ability to work on
- Multi-projects independently and service minded attitude
- Should have working knowledge of MS-Office (MS-Word, MS-Excel & MS-PowerPoint)
- Should be willing to travel to different sites per business requirement
Education
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
