Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Allocate work to the team based on prioritization.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to gather and verify data and also to understand the upstream and downstream impact.
Perform first level review of Payroll Variances to check if it is within the agreed threshold. Validate and Document reasons if the Variance is above the agreed threshold.
Audit payroll reports, address discrepancies if any before it is sent to the Client stakeholders.
Ensure that the Payroll Timeliness and Accuracy are meeting/exceeding the Client Targets.
Act as the first point of escalation to resolve any payroll-related queries.
Have a thorough understanding of the various Earnings, Deductions and Benefits associated with the US Payroll.
Have a thorough understanding of Terminations process from an immediate and non-immediate pay state perspective.
Stay updated on tax regulations, compliance requirements related to US payroll processing by collaborating with the Client organization and guide the team accordingly.
