Performance management for the team, query management from the onshore counterparts and clients, design training plan for the new joinees and timely review on the process knowledge secured by the new joinees, manage escalations from both internal and external stakeholders, conduct one-on-one meeting sessions with the DRs (direct reportees) and provide timely feedback, provide process related updates to the team members, active participation on client calls. Knowledge of HRO ( Onboarding /Employee Life Cycle) Should have the experience on reporting
