Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support:
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support employee relations initiatives and handle employee inquiries.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
Administrative Support:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and organized office.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office equipment and liaise with vendors for repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure a clean and orderly office environment.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
Support to Management:
- Provide administrative support to senior management as required.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents for management meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
