Responsible for Architectural Design & Proof checking for Civil, Transmission & Railway Projects.
Key Accountabilities
Duty Statements: -
- Handle architectural design process from tender to concept development to project completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to Structure, MEP, Green building, Liaisoning etc
- Ensure project objectives are met within budget and timeline constraints.
- Utilize advanced Building Information Modelling (BIM) techniques to create comprehensive project models and documentation.
- Provide expertise in designing projects across multiple sectors, including residential, Commercial, Data centre, industrials, hospitals, airports, metro and railway station etc
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and submission requirements.
- Prepare and review construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and schedules, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and address any architectural concerns or discrepancies.
- Prepare and review Bill of quantities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in architecture and construction.
Key Responsibilities and Job Description:
- bachelors or masters degree in architecture from reputed college.
- 5-15 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects.
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects in the related sectors.
- High level of proficiency in Building Information Modelling (BIM) software, such as Autodesk Revit/ ACAD, Navis and similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power point, excel, Photoshop, Sketchup.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and quantitative communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of building codes, regulations, and submission requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pre-Bid Design:
Support in-
- In pre-bid (tender) works to check BOQ calculation & items etc during Tendering stage.
- Concept Design during Design and build tender.
- Site visit, Proof checking of consultant s work.
- Coordination with MEP, Structure, Green building, Interiors, Landscape etc
- Prebid quarries
