n- The Engineer must be a team player and a leader in his own sphere and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.
n- To provide the Comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical Services to the client.
n- To be accessible for all M&E technical related issues during the shift.
n- Establishing all engineering process & procedures for M&E activities.
n- Plan, Schedule and implement 52 Preventive Maintenance Schedules for all RE assets.
n- Plan for and ensure availability of all critical and non-critical spare parts.
n- Ensure to have strict compliance with local and national statutory rules & regulations and ensure that all the relevant statutory returns pertaining to all the areas of Campus Operations are submitted to the concerned statutory authorities.
n- To manage the Operation & maintenance Vendors and AMC vendors related to M&E services.
n- To support Lab related services and requirements 24 x 7.
n- To ensure all Engineering related records are updated and maintained regularly.
n- To adhere and maintain all SLA and KPI as agreed.
n- Active participation for taking up the new facilities
n- Active participation in addition and alteration of the facility.
n- To be part of all audits as per Shell requirements and to closet out on the action points as agreed.
n- To have Training Plan for all team members and implement the same for effective skills development.
n- To prepare and submit necessary reports as required.
n- Monitor energy consumption at Campus per established procedures
n- Review monthly trends
n- Prepare and implement Energy Management Program for campus
n- Manage action requests and escalations if any by clients for any engineering related issues.
n- Leadership / Staff Management:
n- Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation & performance excellence across the facilities
n- Act as manager and a coach for the team ensuring high staff morale, trust and work ethics.
