Position Title: Assistant Manager - E&E Validation
Experience Required: 2-4 Years
Compensation Range: 7,00,000 - 10,00,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Assistant Manager in E&E (Electrical & Electronics) Validation to join our R&D team in the automobile sector. The role focuses on validating and testing battery management systems and other electrical components to ensure reliability, functionality, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validation Testing: Plan and conduct validation tests on electrical and electronic components, focusing on battery management systems and related technologies.
- Test Strategy: Develop test strategies, protocols, and procedures to validate product performance and functionality under various conditions.
- Data Analysis: Analyze test data and results, identify issues or deviations, and work with engineering teams to implement corrective actions.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed test reports, documentation, and technical specifications to support validation activities and regulatory compliance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance validation processes, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the validation process.
- Training: Provide training and guidance to junior team members on validation techniques and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: B.Tech/B.E in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in E&E validation, preferably within the automobile industry.
Skills:
- Hands-on experience with validation testing of electrical and electronic systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of battery management systems and related technologies.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
