Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent project management skills, and a passion for driving online growth. This role will support the Digital Marketing Manager in executing effective marketing strategies, overseeing daily operations, and mentoring junior team members. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing performance marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and management of digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations within the digital marketing team, ensuring timely and effective execution of campaigns.
- Analyze and report on digital marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing, to maximize ROI.
- Optimize campaign performance through continuous testing, analysis, and refinement of targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, design, product, sales) to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital and performance marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms, email marketing software, and performance marketing platforms.
- Experience in managing performance marketing campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
