nCore Responsibilities:
nOwn end-to-end management of Google Ads platform - campaign setup, ad creation, daily optimization and budget management for web & app campaigns
nManage SEM/UAC campaigns to achieve key performance objectives like
nConversions, Cost per Conversion, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and more
nConduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis utilising the latest tools and best practices
nMonitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to derive meaningful insights for continuous improvement of scale and efficiency
nCollaborate with cross-functional teams like supply, product, brand to align paid campaigns to the broader business objectives
nEducational Qualification: BE/Business in Marketing
nExperience: 3 to 6 years
nTechnical Skills
n3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in campaign and budget management with high- growth e-commerce brands or digital marketing agencies
nHands-on experience with tools including Google Ads & Google Analytics
nGood understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and search marketing landscape
nStrong analytical skills to analyse data and derive meaningful insights
nStrong written and verbal communication skills
nHigh ownership and accountability for growth targets across projects
nAbility to collaborate across stakeholders at all levels
