The Assistant Manager in Digital Marketing will support the Digital Marketing Manager in the development and execution of online marketing strategies. This role involves managing campaigns across various digital platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for digital trends and data-driven marketing.
Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.
Social Media Management:
Oversee social media accounts, including content scheduling, community management, and performance tracking.Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.SEO/SEM Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and manage PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Website Management:
Assist in maintaining and updating the company website, ensuring optimal user experience and performance.Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.Budget Management: Assist in managing the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), email marketing software, and CMS platforms. Multiple client dealings.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
