Job description for Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented
Paid Media-Digital Strategist to join our Marketing team.
As an Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Marketing Platform and Meta Suite, while also overseeing CRM systems and in-house reporting tools. This role demands a strong analytical mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Campaign Management: Manage and analyze digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Marketing Platform, Meta Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Systems Understanding & Campaign Impact: Develop a comprehensive understanding of various systems to evaluate their impact on campaign performance and overall business objectives.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Excel and AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to enhance data analysis and reporting efficiency.
- Website Project Management: Oversee website development projects to ensure alignment with marketing strategies and optimal user experience.
- Reporting & Insights: Contribute to the development of reporting panels to communicate key metrics and insights effectively.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Agency and Team Collaboration: Work closely with agencies and internal teams to ensure alignment, timely execution, and success of marketing projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Google Marketing Platform and Meta Suite.
- Knowledge of SEO and website development.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Preferred experience with agencies such as Sokrati, iProspect, or Performics.
