Job Summary
Role includes training and development of new hires, periodic assessments and supporting them to enhance overall productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Induction training of new hires
- On the job training
- Maintain training delivery and feedback score benchmark
- Drive overall productivity of new and existing employees
KEY STAKEHOLDERS
- Internal: Head of Contact Center/Customer Service
MEASURES Of SUCCESS
- Employee coverage & Certification
- Employee activation post induction on cross sell business
- Support in Maintaining customer NPS
- Training mandays achievement & feedback score benchmarking
Qualification & Experience
- Post Graduate/ Graduate
- Min. 3-5 years of training experience
- Customer service and insurance market exposure (preferred)
