- End-to-End Procurement Management
Ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement from sourcing to delivery
Develop strategic supplier relationships
Achieve 95% order fulfillment accuracy
Reduce procurement costs through negotiations and bulk discounts
- Market Expansion and Product Reach
Increase product reach across multiple marketplaces
Expand to 5 additional online marketplaces within a year
Achieve 20% year-over-year increase in online marketplace sales
- Due Diligence and Compliance
Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards
Conduct quarterly compliance audits
