Job Description
- Conduct specialized Dangerous Goods Training for designated functions within the organization (e.g., Ground Crew Customer Service, Ground Crew Security, Cabin Crew).
- Develop and maintain training materials, including videos, demonstration materials, presentations, handouts, etc., ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.
- Prepare and update essential training documents such as the DGR training manual, exercises, handouts, question papers, registration forms, attendance sheets, course evaluation forms, and training certificates.
- Maintain a complete and confidential record of training participants, including registration, attendance, category of training, examination results, and refresher training due dates.
- Assess participants through written and skill assessments in a fair and consistent manner.
- Coordinate with the Learning Support team for the timely submission of assessment results and the preparation and distribution of certificates to successful participants.
This position is transferable and requires the candidate to relocate as needed to cover DGR training at various regional ifly training centers of IndiGo and manage training programs effectively
