Are you passionate about driving sales effectiveness and ensuring smooth operations We're seeking a talented Sales Operations Support Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you'll directly support our Renewals (Customer Success) side of the business, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational reporting and streamline processes.
Time Shift: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

About The Role
In this opportunity as an Assistant Manager (Customer Success Operations), you will:
- Directly support and enhance the timely delivery of operational reporting, that enable sales activities and drive sales effectiveness on the Renewals (Customer Success) side of the Business.
- Lead strategic projects that span across functions for implementation of best in class approaches and continuous improvements.
- Provide insightful data, reporting and analytics that drive actionable insights to support and enhance the day-to-day activities of the TR Sales Organization (Renewals) from disparate sources like SAP, Salesforce, Territory and Compensation Management Systems, Gainsight.
- This key role will partner closely with Commercial Excellence and Finance to help deliver streamlined and dependable data at every stage of the renewal sales process in a timely and accurate manner
- Own and Lead the forecasting process/cadence with business
- Leverage Business Objects (BO), Alteryx, Salesforce, Gainsight and other tools to create efficient and robust reports to support the needs of Commercial Excellence and the TR Sales (Renewals) Organization
- Ability to aggregate and synthesize disparate data sets from disparate sources using current technologies such as Alteryx and Business Objects (BO)
- Think strategically and creatively to find ways to streamline existing data to consolidate and simplify the Sales (Renewals) Organization key data elements
- Create executive level reporting output that is easily digestible, to the point and visually appealing
- Provide insightful diagnostics and actionable insights to the sales leadership team in a proactive manner by spotting trends, questioning data and asking questions to understand underlying drivers
- Conduct deep dives to identify trends, risks and areas for improvement and action to the Customer Success Organization
About You
6-10 years experience in business or financial data analyst roles interfacing with business; with exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
- 4-year college degree, (preferably MBA)
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Understanding of Sales Process, Renewals Process, Territories, Compensation, Sales Performance Management and interlinkages between these value streams.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of TR product and customer. Landscape to enable balanced tradeoffs between standardization and customization across segments.
- Advanced level skills in the following systems/tools: Salesforce, Gainsight, Business Objects (BO), Alteryx, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau.
- Proven ability to take complex and disparate data sets and create streamlined reports with connected and routinized cadence.
- Technical aptitude including knowledge of salesforce.com and Gainsight.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to team with partners from various business units.
- Superior diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Past experience with problem solving and communicating with sales channels, customers, and internal leadership.
- Ability to be flexible with working hours to support ever changing demands of the business.
