Specifics of the role

• Follow-up with the clients for payments ensuring timely collections
• Preparation of agreements, weekly, monthly reports.
• Rapport building with the client in the best possible ways when warranty is applicable.
• Resolving customer queries.
• Ensure proper handing over possession to the client after proper inspection.
• Ensure proper documentation process.
• Thorough knowledge of SAP
