To manage the third-party field force operations and management both for TT & MT
Core Job Responsibilities
3P Field Force Reporting Compliance
Responsible for managing mobility system execution & compliance
Ensuring the entry of KPIs in automation platform by the field team within the timeline
Coordinating with the field team for AFC, ISR, NA & MERCs blaze mapping, compliance & liaison with vendor for the support
Follow-up with specific stakeholders in terms of AFC/ISR/NA related materials & detailers development
Coordinate & follow up with field team for the non-system KPIs & market information and share the same in a presentable form in a periodic basis
3P FIELD FORCE MANAGEMENT
Responsible for 3P tracking in terms of PJP, KPIs, incentive & expenses
Sharing 3P KPIs, sales processes, incentive construct & compensation of major companies & industry for internal benchmarking and development
Monitor the monthly update of 3P list for GMA & GMC
Responsible to keep the records of assets extended to the 3Ps
Coordinate the training requirements of the 3P as per plan
Tracking & follow up with the regional teams in terms of 3P training programs
Driving productivity & efficiency
Keeping a track of S&D 3P infra & KPIs by flashing reports periodically
Planning enablers & track execution to facilitate the KPI achievement
Suggesting steps to reduce the 3P man days loss due to absenteeism and regretted attrition
Driving 3P coverage as per the guidelines and expectations
Attending the 3P meetings and the field work on the 3P development progress
Supporting in preparation of presentation/reports specific to a meeting/project
Preparation & follow up on HCP to blaze store mapping reports with the RCMMs
Follow up with the area/regional teams periodically & preparation of reports on competitor's activities

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Third Party Operations and Management and sales processes
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel and Power-point
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Should be able to work with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in Vendor management.
