Job Description:

The role involves collaborating with various teams to create and execute effective CRM email campaigns. This includes content creation, technical setup, testing, and launch. The individual will be responsible for managing content files, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring quality standards. Additionally, they will ideate and create innovative email campaigns, including dynamic content and multi-channel campaigns. The role also requires performing QA on technical assets and maintaining consistent SOPs to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Coordination

• Work in partnership with the growth team, HTML team, creative team, to create content and to meet objectives for all CRM campaigns
• Execute email campaigns with a heavy emphasis on content quality, testing protocol, and technical execution. (UAT and Gmail landing test, journey set up and repeat journeys)
• Coordinate email campaign execution from set up to launch with various stakeholders, including email execution, program marketing and growth marketing

Content Management & Quality Assurance

• Manage the content files with the HTML team including process management, version control and quality management
• Ideate and create email campaigns and experiments with dynamic content along with SMS and WhatsApp. (multi-channel campaigns)
• Perform QA on technical/automation collaterals (all kinds of DE's) including rendering across browsers, ESPs, and devices

Process Improvement & Standardization

• Maintaining consistent and standardized SOPs across the lines of business and proactively work with teammates to improve processes and work methods for greater efficiency

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, business, or a related field
• 4+ years of content marketing experience for Consumer Brands
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., SFMC, HubSpot, Zoho, Pardot)
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in content development processes
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and messaging
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling
