Job Role:
- Execute Customer Service & Support and ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention as per SLA
- Handling customers query on calls and emails.
- Build and maintain relationships with the entire customer base assigned; by ensure constant engagement with customers during the life cycle and at important stages in the customer lifecycle like welcome, agreement and handover of possession
- Handholding clients throughout the entire life cycle i.e. from on boarding till key hand over and also post possession support
- Handling escalations and coordinate with concerned teams to ensure speedy resolution of all issues
- Coordinate with banks and registration authorities on behalf of customers
- Achieve CSAT and SLA targets and prepare dashboard on frequent basis.
- Generating referral business from existing customer
- Achieve collections target affecting revenue of business
- Ensure accuracy of all financial and metric data in accordance with business guidelines. Extensive use of technology software
Qualification & Experience Required:
Any graduate with 3 to 8 years in CRM of large scale real estate project and/or CRE experience in, automobiles, hospitality etc.
