Assistant manager - Costing - ICWA candidate needed

Job Title Assistant Manager costing

Work from office/Full-time post

CTC 10 Lakhs to 15 Lakhs per annum

Experience 8 to 15 years

Reporting to GM Finance

Prepare, analyse, and review standard cost with actual cost for inaccuracies and report to top-level management

Validate cost of goods sold as a part of month-end closure to support pricing analysis

Implement effective manual costing reportj to check cost discrepancies before releasing the cost in the system

Periodical review of BOM and overhead allocation and fix cost leakages

Analyse and report job-wise and customer-wise profit margins

Compute the labour hour and machine hour rates and determine fixed costs (for example salaries, rent insurance, etc)

Perform comprehensive variance analysis and check the correctness of overhead cost and duties with all the possible conditions

Responsible for month-end FIFO/ weighted average

Run for inventory valuation and make sure FIFO impact is reduced constantly

Tracking the proper maintenance of source & price for each material and routing changes to execute effective run at the month-end

Communicate effectively across departments to provide quick and accurate resolutions to costing-related issues

Prepare eh consolidated report on the cost of production for the last five years to help the team to analyse the variance

Prepare monthly quarterly and annual cost forecast

Assisting in month-end and year-end closing

Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions and other cost-accounting-related activities
