Job Description

Responsibilities:

As a social media executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, our website, blog, and YouTube effectively. You will work closely with the communications team to ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all platforms.

1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across LinkedIn, website, blog, and YouTube.

2. Create and curate compelling content, including posts, articles, videos, and infographics, tailored to each platform's audience and objectives.

3. Manage day-to-day activities on LinkedIn, including posting updates, engaging with followers, and participating in relevant groups and discussions.

4. Oversee the company blog, including content planning, writing, editing, and publishing, to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality, SEO-optimized articles.

5. Manage the YouTube channel, including video content strategy, production coordination, optimization, and performance tracking.

6. Monitor and analyze social media metrics, website traffic, and audience engagement to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in social media and content marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance our digital presence.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to align social media initiatives with overall business goals and campaigns.

9. Respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms, maintaining a positive and professional online presence with oversight.

10. Manage the agency to drive designing and implementing of the overall social media strategy.

11. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

12. Execute dissemination of newsletters on MailChimp and create analytics reviews to build performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience managing social media platforms, preferably in a B2B environment.

Strong understanding of LinkedIn, website management, blogging, and YouTube best practices and algorithms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail and creativity.

Proficiency in content creation tools and social media management platforms.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights to drive decision-making.

Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques is a plus.

Graphic design and video editing skills are desirable but optional.
