We are looking for a driven and creative Content Growth and Monetization (YT,FB,Snap) Specialist who will be responsible for developing strategies to grow our presence and monetize content on Facebook and Snapchat. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience behavior. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, creativity, and business acumen to drive growth and revenue.
What will you do
- Develop and implement content growth strategies for YouTube, Facebook and Snapchat platforms to increase audience engagement, reach, and followership
- Analyze content performance metrics, audience insights, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, marketing, and sales to develop integrated strategies for content distribution and monetization
- Create compelling and engaging content tailored to each platforms audience and format, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives
- Optimize content distribution tactics such as posting frequency, timing, and targeting to maximize reach and engagement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features, algorithms, and best practices on Facebook and Snapchat to drive innovation and competitive advantage
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Identify and explore new monetization opportunities on Facebook and Snapchat, including advertising, sponsored content, partnerships, and other revenue streams
- Build and maintain relationships with platform representatives, influencers, and industry contacts to enhance collaboration and stay ahead of trends
- Provide regular reports and insights on content performance, audience demographics, and revenue metrics to internal stakeholders
Who should apply
