Reporting and Description:
- Reporting Legal Head India
- Responsible for compliance required under the provisions of the Indian Companies Act 2013 such as:
- Statutory e-fillings to the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Ministry of Corporate Affairs as required.
- Handling statutory meetings such as Board Meetings, Extra-Ordinary General Meetings, Annual General Meetings, CSR Committee Meetings, Anti-Harassment Committee Meetings etc.
- Compliances related to the foreign Shareholders, Directors and KMP of the company.
- Preparation and maintenance of registers, returns, Annual report, Directors report, financial statement(s) etc.
- ensuring that affairs of the company are conducted in accordance with its objects as contained in its memorandum of association and the provisions of the Indian Companies Act 2013 as amended from time to time and Rules made there-under
Education and/or Experience:
- LL.B./CS from a reputed institute.
- Candidates with 5-7 years of Experience both in Secretarial role from reputed Companies
Personal Competencies:
- Excellent writing and speaking skills both in English is a must.
- Ability to understand issues and provide workable solutions.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Words, Excel, Power point, etc.
- Commitment to work and deliver and have integrity and honesty.
- Team player with ability to work with large business and legal teams at different locations
