Main responsibilities include
- Managing different aspects of construction.
- Supervising contractor and sub-contractor works.
- Supporting PMO in preparing estimates for material costs.
- Plan, monitor, track, and report the progress of work regularly.
- Develop action plans, corrective action plans, and recovery plans to support program delivery on time in coordination with PMO.
- Undertaking quality control and assurance checks.
- Observing and reporting health and safety standards at the site.
- Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with the conditions of the contract, specifications, drawings & BOQ.
- Compiling information for PMO MIS.
- Coordinating with Client operation and medical teams at the site for smooth execution.
- Running appropriate meetings with clients, contractors, and MM senior-level management.
- Certification of Contractor measurements/invoices at the site level.
The candidate must have
- Experience of working in a similar domain/organization (execution of Hospital projects)
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge in the understanding site layout drawings, structural drawings, interior drawings, technical specifications, bill of materials
- Conversant in all packages of structural, finishes, and working understanding of MEP services.
- Working knowledge of project management best practices
- Solid communication and team working skills.
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate stressful work situations.
- Adept at MS Office applications
Minimum qualification
- Diploma /BE/BTech in Civil Engineering
- Additional qualification preferred: MTech/ PG Diploma in construction management
- Experience: 7 - 9 Years.
Experience in sub-structure, superstructure with high end specification like 5-star hotel, hospital, commercial buildings, residential building will be preferred.
