Responsibilities
The key Roles and Responsibilities of Senior Engineer is to
- Ensure the availability of 4M Concepts.
- Ensure the availability of BOM items at the respective cluster area
- Ensure 5S, kaizen, cleanliness and safety in the respective area
- Collect the production data, analyse and present as per the plan
- Plan for Work-In-Progress (WIP) materials for succeeding stages
- Do Root Cause Analysis and CAPA.
- Drive Shop Floor Management Systems
- Monitor the equipment to ensure proper function throughout the production process and machine monitoring and maintenance
- Test or measure or verify or check product(s) quality to ensure that they meet specifications
- Maintain production / process / quality and equipment related statistics / metrics and production log book
- Align with co-workers, supervisors, engineers and managers to ensure that the results of their activities meet as per the expectations.
- Maintain OEE / SPC data collection as instructed by the SOPs
- Implementation of TQM, TPM Concept on Shop Floor lie 5S,3M,JIT,Suggestion Scheme,OEE,TPM,
- SMED Systems on Production Floor.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech.
Experience: 05- 08 Years
