Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Business Development. The Assistant Manager Business Development will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with business development, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and assisting with strategic planning.
Qualifications

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the immigration or education industry is a plus
Responsibilities:
Develop business plan and strategy for international universities that ensures attainment of company international sales goals and profitability
Explore channel partners and build synergies that can expand the business
Business development and lead generation to acquire new customers/accounts.
Building out a strong hunting team and acquiring new accounts would be a key driver of growth.
Build strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
Requirements:
The successful candidate shall be an energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills who is comfortable interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat
2-5 years of sales experience with an emphasis on international business development
Must have a natural ability to engage in business relationships with individuals and groups and a desire to improve these talents
