Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities within the US market.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract new clients and drive sales growth.
- Utilize various lead generation tools, platforms, and techniques to generate high-quality leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through proactive communication and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client needs.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including lead generation activities, pipeline growth, and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (Technical background like BTech/BE CS, IT or similar preferred)
- Proven track record in lead generation and business development, preferably in the IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of lead generation tools, platforms, and techniques like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Hunter.io, Apollo.io
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
