Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in branding, content marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful branding and content strategies.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Description
Role Overview: The Assistant Manager Branding & Content Marketing at AND Academy will be responsible for developing and implementing branding strategies and content marketing plans that enhance the academy's brand presence and drive engagement across various platforms. The role involves creating compelling content, managing social media channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Branding:
- Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies to enhance AND Academy's brand identity and awareness.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create visually appealing and on-brand materials.
Content Marketing:
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns and marketing collateral.
- Develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Conduct regular content audits to ensure all content is up-to-date and aligned with current branding and marketing strategies.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow AND Academy's social media presence across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and lead generation.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply them to improve social media presence and performance.
- Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community management activities.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote AND Academy's courses and events.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to develop ad creatives and landing pages.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., admissions, design, product) to align content and branding efforts with overall business goals.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners for content production, influencer collaborations, and PR activities.
- Provide support in organising and promoting events, webinars, and workshops.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilise analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of content marketing and branding efforts.
- Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve future strategies.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in branding and content marketing.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities and threats.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes and strategies.
