Job Description for Assistant manager ( AM ) :

• Any BPO/ HC background & Night shift exp.
• Exp: 5+ yrs
• Handling 15-20 people
• People management
• Performance management
• Attrition management & control
• Fitment aspects- situations handling, managerial skills
• Exposure on managing the process
• Retentions / absenteeism
• Attrition Percenatge
• Quality calculations & team performance analysis
• Que management or Inventory Management( allocation of the work to the team and how the completion of the task)
• PMS
• SLAs, RCAs
• Client interaction, situation handling
• Due diligence etc.
• Good com skills and convincing abilities
• Night shift

Mode of interview: Face to Face

Note : This is complete night shift and 2-way cab will be provided.
