Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at Arshea Marine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our production, logistics, and service operations effectively. This role requires a proactive individual who can assign tasks, optimize processes, and ensure seamless execution across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations, including production schedules, logistics, and service activities.
• Assign tasks and ensure timely completion, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Research and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to enhance market presence and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve overall company performance.

Requirements:
