1.Managing a team of a large-sized Sales team posted across regions of the Indore Module of Madhya Pradesh for implementing marketing & sales operational activities for achieving sales and product mix targets. Managing Sales through Bank Branches.
2. Managing the relationship with the SBI Stake Holders like DGM s, RM s and Employees. Launch of Regular Campaign with SBI and Felicitation on regular basis.
3. Create, and manage effective & efficient processes for a seamless operation, and scale up of operations across the Region
4. Market mapping and opportunity analysis of the business potential with the strategic business partner in the location
5. Sales and Product Mix targets, encompassing the basic numbers as assigned in the business plan, to build up a profitable portfolio
6. Distribution Channel Management - Directing the extended team towards recruiting, training and managing Sales Teams and Sales Associates for sales and promotional activities, do derive benchmarked productivity levels
7. Cost targets as assigned in the business plan, to ensure that required productivity levels are met across locations so as to keep the Operational Expenses within the budgeted parameters
8. To conduct business within the laid down compliance norm.
Qualifications
Graduate/PG/MBA with 3-10 years of sales and relationship management experience and a minimum 2 years of team handling role.
