Responsible for Sales & Distribution of SBI Credit cards through various POS and CoBrand Partner Ecosystem and from Open Market. People Management and Partner Engagement will be key responsibilities. Work under budgeted cost assigned & responsible for overall Sales Operations of assigned Territory. Other Deliverables Include:
- Hiring & Deployment of FOS in Partner Outlets to deliver the budgeted productivity.
- Manage and control attrition.
- Ensure regular Training for New Team & Refresher Training for the existing team members
- Create More low cost - POS sourcing opportunities.
- Responsible for Backend operations team on fulfillment of Applications sourced from various Ecosystems.
- Need to operate the Business under assigned cost of acquisition.
- Deliver the Targets in given time frame.
- Managing Stakeholder relationship (Internal as well as external) to ensure seamless business.
- Ownership of End to End relationship of targets and overall Business Operations.
