What You Will Do :
- Plans, monitors, direct and evaluate Associates production on daily basis.
- Ensures that daily schedules are met and communicates with Superiors and Associate Operations if situations occur that hinder meeting deadlines.
- Identifies day-to-day operational priorities and other workflow challenges and then adjusts Associates and other staff s as necessary to maintain a constant flow of work to meet delivery deadlines.
- Assists in the development and revision of operational policies and procedures that facilitate efficient workflow. Develops an understanding of the workflows, procedures, and specific criteria for each assigned client.
- Will be responsible to resolve queries, account reviews and provide training in case required.
- Drive production and quality to the expected level.
- Responsible to identify production and quality issues and to put plans in place for improvement.
- Responds to and ensures that the acknowledgement mail on daily updates is sent on time.
- Analyze data to identify payer issues challenges and fixes.
- Should work towards team engagement and retention/absenteeism.
- Will be responsible to lead internal and external calls.
- Performance management.
- First level of escalation.
- Should be good in Denial Management and should have knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid ICD CPT codes used on Denials Ability to interact positively with team members, peer group and seniors.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed performance targets Ability to effectively prioritize individual and team
- Active involvement in project launch sessions to understand the Associates process and track the daily progress during the launch period.
- Communicates well in front of groups, both large and small.
What You Will Need :
- Must have bachelor s or an equivalent degree from a recognized university.
- Must have overall 10+ Years experience in Revenue Cycle Management domain.
- Good Communication Skills (Oral and written) and Analytical Skills required for AR Calling for Medical Billing Process.
