Assistant Manager - Application Engineering

We are hiring for an Assistant Manager - Application Engineering role to join our prestigious Sales & Marketing team at National Peroxide Limited. Candidates with 6 to 8 years of experience in Chemical and allied industry in B2B space mandatorily in Application engineering/ Technical services are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

1. New Business Development across growing segments across Food Industry, Electronics, Chemicals, Cosmetics and Pharmaceuticals.
2. Manage end-to-end cycle of customer engagement, product development, trials, approvals and technical support.
3. Market Intelligence and networking.
4. Deep understanding of target segment processes and existing supplier products.
5. Collaboration with all internal stakeholders like Sales, Planning & SCM, R&D, Operations to efficiently develop new products and lead trails & approvals.
6. Strong Technical acumen versed with upcoming industry trends

Qualifications:

B.E/B.Tech. (Chemical) / M.Sc. (Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry) with mandatory experience of Application engineering / Technical services

Background & Experience:

1. B2B Sales experience in the Chemical Industry with Technical Service/ Application engineering exposure across Food, Pharmaceuticals, Electronics, Speciality Chemicals sectors.

2. Engage and progress with key external stakeholders to drive NBD journey.

3. Strong Technical business mind to develop value-propositions for target customers.

4. Good customer connect and industry knowledge versed with new trends.

5. Should have decent understandings of ERP system.

6. Excellent MS Office skills and Communication, written and verbal.
