Below are the role requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience (Analytics / Data Science)
- Hands on query writing experience (SQL Mandatory)
- Hands on Python / R experience (Mandatory); ability to scrape online data
- Hands on experience in Machine Learning & Stats Modeling (Hypothesis Testing, Anova, Regression, Logistic, Time Series, etc)
- Knowledge of data cleaning, wrangling, visualization, and reporting (Tableau experience preferred)
- Ability to lead junior analysts
- Good communications & business judgement skills
- Looking for candidates with Bias for Action
- Education : BE/ B Tech, MBA, or Bachelors/Master in Stats/OR/Economics
Responsibilities:
- Understand problem statement and apply analytics to generate insights and feed them into BI Tools
- Develop & Maintain Analytics processes & systems
- Analyze business performance and uncover opportunities for improvement
- Build ML/Stat models and tune parameters as business evolves
