Job Purpose -
The Manager for Alumni relations is responsible for managing on-ground and online alumni
engagement activities. Take a critical role in building the alumni base and community for ISB Executive Education, ISB Online and ISB Partnership Programmes.
Job Outline -
The job holder will play a key role in establishing the EE as a leading global player in Executive Education through effective handling and coordination of resources, capabilities and logistics for alumni engagement and related activities delivered by the centre in both online and offline formats.
Consolidate data of certified participants of Executive programmes and update and maintain the requisite portals with all relevant data, post programme completion.
Maintain database and constantly build upon the participant profiles to keep it relevant and up to date.
Coordinate with internal and external teams/vendors to drive various communications to engage with the alumni from time-time.
Manage and maintain the email boxes and ticketing systems within the SLA targets.
Engage with various alumni groups and other internal teams to plan and execute calendarized events for the alumni across regions in the on/offline mediums and ensures highest levels of engagement & satisfaction.
Build the guest & industry speakers list to support the larger learning needs and requirements of the alumni community.
Study alumni needs and market trends to build on the learning & upskilling plans for our executive community.
Continually track metrics at different points in the engagement workflows and journeys.
To ensure effective execution of the job, the incumbent is expected to interact with external vendors and departments within ISB for making the above arrangements.
Knowledge / Education: Graduate / Post Graduate
Specific Skills: Exceptional Event & Project Management skills with strong attention to detail, Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, MIS Reporting.
Desirable Experience: 3-5 years working in a high-growth, dynamic environment, preferably in the service sector / ed-tec. Previous experience in a client-facing role is advantageous.
