Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day utility operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize energy consumption and reduce operational costs
- Leading a team of utility professionals to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support production and maintenance activities
- Identifying and implementing innovative technologies and best practices for utility management
- Participating in budget planning and monitoring to control expenses while maintaining high performance
- Providing technical expertise and guidance in troubleshooting utility-related issues
- Ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for utility operations
- Participating in the evaluation and selection of utility equipment and service providers
Qualifications
- Minimum 7-12 years of experience in the Copper Business industry
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
