Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all aspects of copper tube piping operations, including production, quality control, and maintenance
- Lead a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and timelines
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities
- Contribute to the development and execution of long-term business plans and strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices
- Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and industry events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus
- 8-12 years of experience in the copper business industry
- Demonstrated track record of successful leadership and management in a similar role
- Proven experience in overseeing copper tube piping operations
