Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support the organization's overall business objectives and contribute to long-term sustainability goals.
- Lead and manage the procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes to ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials and components for renewable energy projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan production schedules, and optimize inventory levels to meet project deadlines and minimize waste.
- Oversee vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management to secure cost-effective and sustainable sourcing solutions.
- Implement and monitor performance metrics to track supply chain operations, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement of processes.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations in all supply chain activities, promoting a culture of sustainability and ethical business practices.
- Manage and develop a high-performing supply chain team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to maximize individual and collective contributions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to drive innovation and adaptability within the supply chain function.
Qualifications
Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
Experience : 8-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably in the Renewable Energy industry.
