Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, and payment allocations.
2. Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payments to maintain positive cash flow.
  • 3. Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies to ensure accuracy in financial records.
4. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • 5. Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable for management review.
  • Qualifications and Skills
1. Prior experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles.
  • 2. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • 4. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
5. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12,137.32 - 36,366.73 per month
