Job Description

Immediate hiring for Assistant manager / Manager role
  • Location- Gurgaon Udhog Vihar Phase-4
  • Qualification- B.com/M.com / MBA / CA-inter holder
  • Age- below 38yrs
  • Process requirements:

- 6 days/week working

- Open to work in all Shifts between 9 am to 1 am

- Shift 10am to 7pm / 12pm to 4pm / 4pm to 1am (rotate- Month wise)

- Comfortable with roster based week-off (no fixed week-off)

- Cab dropped facility is available after 9pm if shift will be over

  • Requisite Skills:


- Attention to details - he or she must identify gaps/ areas of focus, and should feel comfortable presenting recommendations to various stakeholders

- Fluent communication skills and must possess strong skill set of MS excel.

- Candidate must have experience and thorough knowledge in domains - Accounts Payable, Accounts receivables

- Good knowledge of Indian Accounting & compliances for TDS & GST

- Able to work independently to resolve issues.

- Ability to work accurately in tight timeframes.

- Able to identify improvement opportunities

- Exposure of startup/ Technology/ Manufacturing business environment would be an added advantage

- Good to have working Knowledge of ticketing tool
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Understands business and coordinate for Domestic & International AP/AR/Payments transactions

  • Ensuring process controls for transactional compliances of TDS & GST

  • Help in identifying process improvement areas and showcasing the outcomes of a process improvement plan and implementation of the same

  • Ensuring Accuracy and TAT adherence in processing tickets by agents

  • Analyzing knowledge gaps and ensuring trainings/cross trainings for agents

  • Daily connect with agents & quality check for transactions

  • Filling in gaps for any shrinkage

  • Resolving agents query

  • Controlling overall performance, doing performance reviews, progression plans and ensuring motivation of the team

  • Maintaining process documentation Trackers/SOP/MIS/QC update

  • Team handling experience (up to 7-8 agents) with strong People Management skills, including resolving conflicts, influencing and communicating well with the team

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
* SAP, Tally, Erp: 5 years (Preferred)
  • total work: 5 years (Preferred)
