Assist the maintenance team in planning, organizing and directing the maintenance activities of the stores
Conduct regular maintenance checks at stores to identify maintenance needs and take appropriate corrective measures
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedule of all equipment
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, troubleshoot issues and resolve them effectively to minimize the disruptions to store operations
Maintain accurate records and documentations related to maintenance activities including electricity consumptions, budgets/spends etc.
Working on energy saving initiatives
Management and preparing of R&M Budgets
AMAC negotiations and vendor development
Developing company policies related to maintenance activities and SOP for all maintenance related works
Desired Qualification
B.E./ B.Tech. or Diploma in electrical engineering with a minimum of five years of experience in retail/F&B industry
Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite, SAP & CAD
