Responsibilities
- Lead all maintenance and repair-related activities in the company, keeping in mind the roles of a repair manager
- Document and submit reports to the senior maintenance manager (if any) or the stakeholders, regarding budgets, progress and time schedules
- Supervise the condition of all the equipment in the establishment and the potential upgrades and maintenance it might need as a preventive maintenance plan
- Manage the budgets of the maintenance plans, and ensure that everything is in line with legal and safety regulations
- Recognize areas of improvement in the facilities maintenance jobs in hand and their processes
