Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant at LOCAS located in Raikot. The Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and coordinating meetings. The Assistant will also assist with document preparation, data entry, and maintaining records.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience as an assistant is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
